Job summary

Jordan’s Furniture is looking for energetic team members to welcome guests, explain the ropes course, and ensure safety protocols are followed. You’ll handle concessions and cash transactions, while engaging visitors with a fun, high-energy attitude.

The role requires being comfortable working at heights up to 40ft and being at least 18 years old. Scheduling varies with days, nights, and weekends, and the environment rewards a positive, customer-focused team member.

Qualifications

• Positive, upbeat demeanor and some experience working with the public preferred.
• Must be able to handle cash/credit card transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work up to heights of 40ft.
• Must be over the age of 18.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and be part of the FUN.
• Educate guests on the ropes course, proper technique, use of equipment and safety guidelines and give them an experience to remember.
• Ability to assess and WOW our guests with questions and concerns related to the ropes course.
• Work concessions and cash register.

Pay Range: $16.50/hr - $17.00/hr
