Intapp is seeking a Client Success Manager, Legal to drive adoption and value across a tier of legal clients. You will guide clients in leveraging Intapp products, advise on configuration, and expand product usage post-deployment.

The role emphasizes data-driven outreach, strong communication, and rapid proficiency with Intapp's suite. This is a remote role in the US Central/West region with a focus on professional services firms.

Qualifications

• The role requires 5+ years of client success experience serving professional services firms, ideally in the legal industry.
• Experience using adoption and usage data to drive outreach programs.
• Ability to rapidly learn new Intapp solutions and expand product proficiency.
• Strong listening, influencing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adoption data and usage trends across a tier of legal clients to drive retention and value.
• Execute data-triggered success plays to drive adoption at scale.
• Identify and build new success plays to increase client value.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for client inquiries on product usage and best practices.
• Expand expertise across Intapp product suite and consult post-deployment for alignment with client needs.
