Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Imaging Systems in Bismarck, ND. The role focuses on installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining imaging equipment at customer sites to improve patient outcomes.

You will perform administrative duties, participate in regional teams, and travel up to 70% with occasional overnight stays. A strong electronics background and imaging experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent plus experience in imaging/diagnostic equipment.
• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries; CT/MR/X-ray experience preferred.
• Willing to travel 70% across geography; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Complete administrative tasks (timesheets, work orders, PMs, FCOs, installation docs).
• Coordinate with regional team and escalate issues using Philips processes.
• Travel 70% across geography; occasional overnight travel; valid travel time.
