Job summary

• Associate degree in electronics or related field.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting commitments and managing service work orders.
• Complete PMs, installations, and related documentation; use escalation processes as needed.
• Travel across Greater Nashville area with expected 1–4 hours daily driving.
