Job summary

Philips is seeking a field service professional to install, diagnose and repair imaging equipment at customer sites in the Rapid City area. You will provide excellent customer service, manage expectations, and document service activities per regulatory requirements.

The role requires 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries, with strong electronic/mechanical and networking skills. Travel is frequent; on-call rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnostic imaging service or electromechanical industries preferred.
• Strong ability to install, troubleshoot, service and maintain medical equipment.
• Familiarity with electronic, mechanical and networking concepts is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and meet commitments at customer sites.
• Install, diagnose, repair, service and maintain equipment across regions.
• Complete administrative duties and travel 70% with occasional overnight stays.
