Qualifications

• 1+ year imaging service experience or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Ability to install, diagnose, and repair imaging equipment.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service and generate service revenue.
• Complete PMs, FCOs, and service documentation within regulatory requirements.
• Use tools and escalation processes to resolve problems timely.
• Travel ~70% across the geography; 1–4 hour daily driving; overnight trips may be required.
