Job summary

Philips is seeking a District Service Manager for Imaging Systems to lead a regional team of Field Service Engineers across Minneapolis/St Paul, MN and Fargo, ND. You will drive the region’s business plan, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction while managing cross-functional relationships with sales, operations, and support teams.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent, maintaining regulatory adherence and a strong focus on Net Promoter Score and service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience in service delivery/operations.
• Experience in diagnostic imaging or related healthcare technology preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a profit/loss business and execute growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
