Job summary

Philips in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Service Project Manager for Advanced Imaging to oversee multi-site hospital equipment installations, from site-readiness to customer sign-off.

You will drive process improvements, coordinate field service engineers, and lead the migration of installation workflows to ServiceMax as the standard service management platform.

A hands-on coordinator with 3+ years of experience in regulated environments and a Bachelor's degree is preferred; PMP is highly desired.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service project management or technical project management in a regulated environment.
• Experience coordinating multi-site equipment installations at hospitals or clinics.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Health Sciences, or related field; PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HyperVue console installations from start to finish with site-readiness validation and milestone tracking.
• Migrate installation processes to ServiceMax ensuring data quality and documentation.
• Coordinate field service engineers, manufacturing sites, sales, and customers to avoid delays and handoffs.
