Job summary

Philips is seeking a Service Project Manager for Advanced Imaging in Plymouth, MN. You will lead installation projects, validate site readiness, and coordinate field service engineers and customers to ensure on-time delivery and sign-off.

The role also drives the migration of installation processes to ServiceMax, establishing standardized project management and maintaining data integrity across teams. Travel is limited and emphasis on regulatory-compliant execution.

Qualifications

3+ years in field service project management or installation coordination in regulated environments.
Experience coordinating multi-site installations at hospitals or clinical facilities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Health Sciences, or related field; PMP desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead HyperVue console installations from start to finish with validation and sign-off.
Migrate installation processes to ServiceMax, ensuring data accuracy.
Establish project management within ServiceMax focusing on implementation.
Coordinate between field service engineers, Bedford site, commercial teams, SPS Parts, and customers.
Support capacity planning by monitoring forecasts and resource constraints.
