Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in service delivery/operations.
- Diagnostic imaging or healthcare technology background preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, Architecture, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers for Imaging Systems.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Own P&L for the region and drive revenue growth and productivity.
- Collaborate with regional sales and cross-functional partners.
- Ensure Net Promoter Score excellence and regulatory adherence.
- Travel up to 60% within the Bay Area.
