Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership within service delivery or operations, preferably in diagnostic imaging or healthcare tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and communication skills.
• Travel ~60% and ability to work in an office/home office/hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
• Drive service strategies to achieve customer loyalty and manage regional sales relationships.
• Own and drive the region''s financial results with full P&L responsibility.
• Develop and execute the regional business plan and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
