Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years in field service project management or technical project management.
- Experience coordinating multi-site equipment installations in healthcare is preferred.
- PMP or similar certification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation projects start-to-finish, including site-readiness validation and customer sign-off.
- Transition installations to ServiceMax and ensure data integrity across work orders and assets.
- Establish installation PM within ServiceMax focusing on adoption rather than admin tasks.
- Coordinate between field service engineers, site, commercial teams, and customers to avoid delays.
- Support capacity planning by monitoring forecasts and allocating engineers before dispatch.
