• Associate or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited radiologic program or related field.
• 4+ years of clinical radiology patient care experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• ARRT or RDMS certification with modality-specific certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for imaging.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness.
• Lead operational planning and capital/budget processes.
• Coach and develop imaging staff and foster teamwork.
