Job summary

AdventHealth Tampa is seeking an experienced Radiology Supervisor to lead daily imaging operations, schedule staff, manage budgets, and partner with Radiologist leaders to update exam protocols. You will supervise technologists across IR, XR, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine/PET, and Mammography settings to ensure safe, high‑quality exams.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum one supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to ensure quality exams and adherence to protocols.
• Meets with System Director to discuss modality business and committees.
• Manages budgetary goals and creates recovery action plans for variances.
• Communicates clinical information to staff as requested by Radiologists.
• Supports data collection for performance improvements and participation in process improvements.
