Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Supervisor of Imaging to manage daily operations across imaging areas and oversee services to optimize the patient experience. The role ensures a productive work environment while meeting regulatory and accreditation standards, collaborating with imaging staff, interdisciplinary departments, facility leadership, and senior imaging leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiography (required).
• Must hold ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTC certification.
• BLS from American Heart Association required.
• State licensure preferred or as required by the state where the job is performed.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides an environment of open communication and support among all team members.

• Monitors associate behaviors and goals to ensure alignment with KPIs and takes corrective action as needed.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and standards (Joint Commission, ACR, State Dept. of Health, and NCR).

• Manages patient flow and technologist hours to meet quality radiology service needs.
• Plans and conducts regular and specialized in-service training programs.
• Recommends staffing and ensures qualified personnel.
• Suggests department operating and capital budget with cost-effective measures.
