RadX Inc. is seeking an on-site Clinic Manager to lead daily imaging operations across MRI, CT, X-ray and Ultrasound, oversee technologists and front desk staff, and drive patient experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years imaging operations management experience.
• Experience leading technologists and front desk teams.
• Strong understanding of imaging workflows and patient flow.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, staff, and priorities.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily imaging operations across MRI, CT, X-ray, and Ultrasound.
• Manage technologists, front desk staff, and daily coverage.
• Optimize schedules to maximize scanner utilization and throughput.
• Ensure adherence to imaging workflows, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Oversee front-end processes including authorization readiness and collections.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, radiation safety, and accreditation requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and elevate to VP of Operations.
• Partner with centralized teams (Scheduling, Billing, IT, Pre-Auth, HR).
• Deliver a consistent, patient-focused imaging experience.
