Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years Radiology experience in a Lead or Senior Technologist role.
• Experience in staff selection, orientation, training, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of modality-specific operations, imaging protocols, and workflow coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned imaging area, modality, shift, or facility.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to staff to maintain high imaging quality and patient safety.
• Ensure accurate records, staffing coverage, and effective communication across shifts and locations.
