Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related imaging field is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• ARRT certification required; state licensure where applicable; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the imaging department and ensure high-quality services.
• Collaborate with medical staff and supervise imaging technologists.
• Manage departmental budgets and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with leadership to align staffing and training needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
• Implement best practices for patient safety and workflow efficiency.
