This role reports to the Radiology Leader and is critical to maintaining high-quality imaging services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology or related field with healthcare leadership experience, or 5+ years supervising radiology operations, with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology or related field and two years healthcare leadership experience.
• Or minimum of 5 years full-time experience supervising radiology operations with budgeting, performance measurement, and change management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations and activities of general radiology services; ensure alignment with department and hospital goals.
• Provide leadership to Radiology staff, including hiring, orientation, evaluation, and disciplinary actions as warranted.
• Ensure staff training and development, quality and regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, ACR, NRC, and state/federal agencies).
