Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in Imaging & Biomedical Solutions. This field-based role focuses on developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and maximizing equipment performance for hospitals and clinics.

The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a proven track record in B2B or healthcare sales, strong prospecting, relationship-building and closing skills, and the ability to manage a territory and CRM-driven pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of outside sales or healthcare-related sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue within an assigned territory through new business development and account expansion.
• Prospect and close new opportunities with hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices.
• Sell diagnostic imaging, biomedical service, equipment repair, and maintenance solutions.
• Partner with internal sales and service teams to identify and develop customer opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and position value-added solutions that improve equipment performance and reduce costs.
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Convert competitive accounts and expand business within existing customers.
• Utilize sales data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and territory priorities.
• Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
