Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years Radiology experience in Lead/Senior Technologist role.
• Experience across x-ray, CT, MRI, and US modalities is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

• Direct frontline supervision of imaging float pool coworkers.
• Coordinate daily workflow and ensure staffing coverage.
• Provide clinical oversight across modalities and areas.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and competency training.
• Deliver coaching, real-time feedback, and corrective action as needed.
• Escalate complex issues and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
