Job summary

UCI Health seeks a Supervisor for Imaging Services to lead daily operations, provide technical guidance, and supervise staff across imaging modalities. You will ensure patient safety, quality imaging, and excellent service while coordinating staffing and training across shifts.

The role requires 3–5 years in a lead/senior technologist position in radiology, with preferred supervisory experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years Radiology experience in a Lead or Senior Technologist role in modalities: xray, CT, MRI, US.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the imaging area, modality, shift, or facility location.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to staff; ensure competency and safety.
• Recruit, orient, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and development.
• Maintain accurate department records and staffing coverage; promote continuous improvement.
