Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Supervisor, Imaging Services to lead day-to-day operations and provide technical guidance across imaging modalities. You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality imaging, promote patient safety, and drive continuous improvement in a large teaching hospital setting.

The role emphasizes staff development, performance management, and coordination of imaging workflows across multiple sites within the UC Irvine Health system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years Radiology experience in a Lead or Senior Technologist role in any modality.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Fluoroscopy license/ Certification.
• Experience in a large teaching facility.
• Certifications in one of the following: Fluoroscopy, CT, MRI , ARDMS

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the imaging area, ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to imaging staff across shifts.
• Recommend changes to improve imaging quality, safety, and patient experience.
• Lead staff orientation, training, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate departmental records and ensure staffing coverage across locations
