Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Supervisor, Imaging Services to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure imaging quality, patient safety, and high-quality service across assigned imaging areas.

The role requires 3-5 years radiology lead experience and preferred supervisory background, with fluoroscopy licenses and ARRT certifications. You will lead staff training, coordinate workflows, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years radiology experience in lead or senior technologist role in any modality.
• Preferred supervisory experience.
• Fluoroscopy license or certification preferred.
• Certifications in Fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, or ARRT/ARDMS encouraged.
• Licenses/certifications based on specialty (CT, MRI, and US) as per current CT/MRI/US roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the imaging area, modality, shift, or facility location.
• Provide technical guidance and supervise imaging staff.
• Ensure imaging quality, patient safety, and customer service.
• Lead staff selection, orientation, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain records and ensure staffing coverage across shifts.
