Job summary

The Supervisor collaborates with imaging leadership and medical directors to maintain a productive environment and improve performance while managing staff and budgets.

Qualifications

• Associates in Applied Science of Radiography is required.
• Required ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC registration is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• State licensure is preferred unless required by the state where the job is performed.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Foster open communication and supportive environment among team members.
• Promote a culture of learning and staff development.
• Monitor staff performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, ACR, state health regulators and NCR standards.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and optimize imaging workflow.
• Manage patient flow and technologist scheduling to maintain service quality.
• Plan and conduct regular in-service trainings and staff development.
• Advise on staffing needs and department budget while ensuring cost efficiency.
