Job summary

Requires an Associate's degree and 8 years' mammography experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Massachusetts licensure and ARRT mammography certification are required.

• Requires an Associate's degree and 8 years of mammography experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily technical and operational activities to ensure a high quality, efficient Breast Imaging Department.
• Lead staff across all Breast Imaging modalities for assigned shifts and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist with interviews and hiring decisions; orient and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain staff qualifications, licenses, registrations and continuing education records.
• Ensure accurate payroll activity and department staffing alignment with patient care needs.
• Coordinate workflow changes to maintain operational efficiency and staff productivity.
• Maintain patient scheduling, proper billing codes and RIS/PACS data integrity.
• Provide service, resolve patient concerns, and ensure professional patient interactions.
