Job summary

Good Samaritan Hospital seeks a Manager of Diagnostic Imaging to lead the day-to-day operations of the Imaging Services, including the Breast Care Center. You will provide operational, clinical, and administrative leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams for exceptional service.

Qualifications

• AS or equivalent required.
• BA/BS preferred.
• Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist required.
• Current ARRT required.
• Current CA Fluoroscopy
• 3 years work experience in area of supervision required.
• 1-3 years of progressive hospital/management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Evidence of experience defining competency in Radiology, hospital and healthcare management.
• Experience administering organizational management programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Diagnostic Imaging Services, including the Breast Care Center.
• Provide leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Supervise workflow, staffing, scheduling, resource use, and department operations.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing to ensure coordinated patient care and strong service.
