Good Samaritan Hospital seeks a Manager of Diagnostic Imaging to lead the day-to-day operations of the Imaging Services, including the Breast Care Center. You will provide operational, clinical, and administrative leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams for exceptional service.

Qualifications

• AS or equivalent required.
• BA/BS preferred.
• Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist required.
• Current ARRT required.
• Current CA Fluoroscopy
• 3 years work experience in area of supervision required.
• 1-3 years of progressive hospital/management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Evidence of experience defining competency in Radiology, hospital and healthcare management.
• Experience administering organizational management programs.

Job Summary And Qualifications

• The Manager of Diagnostic Imaging is responsible for the day to day operations of Diagnostic Imaging Services, including the Breast Care Center. Under the direction of the Director of Diagnostic Imaging, you will provide operational, clinical, and administrative leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality, patient centered care
• You will oversee daily workflow, staffing, scheduling, resource utilization, and departmental operations while promoting efficiency, quality, and exceptional service, and provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for department staff and students, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• You will partner with physicians, nursing, and other interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication, coordinated patient care, and outstanding customer service and support quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, patient safety, employee engagement, and financial stewardship
• Working collaboratively with the Director, you will assist in implementing departmental goals, maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards, monitoring operational and quality metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, patient experience, and operational performance
• You will also serve as a clinical and operational resource for physicians, nursing staff, patients, and colleagues, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and supporting the mission, vision, and values of Good Samaritan Hospital

What qualifications you will need:

• A.S. or equivalent required
• B.A. / B.S. preferred
• Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist required
• Current ARRT required
