Job summary

You will be responsible for policy implementation, performance management, and ensuring patient confidentiality, with emphasis on proactive guidance and accountability within the imaging services function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and imaging-related experience may substitute for the degree.
• Minimum of three years in diagnostic imaging and two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Radiology-Diagnostic department at Dominican Hospital.
• Manage team performance and training, ensuring regulatory compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate tasks, analyze data, and manage department workload to meet goals.
• Develop policies and procedures to measure and improve imaging service quality.
