Job summary

Bon Secours seeks a Supervisor of Imaging to oversee daily imaging operations, ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards are met while maintaining a productive work environment. The role collaborates with imaging staff, interdisciplinary departments, facility leadership, and medical directors to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities include staffing, budget planning, quality and process improvements, and ensuring high-quality radiology services across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a clinical environment (required).
• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC certification (as applicable).
• BLS – American Heart Association (required).
• State licensure (preferred, unless required by the state where the job is performed).

Responsibilities

• Provide an environment of open communication and support among all team members.
• Create an inclusive culture of learning and growth for associates.
• Monitor staff performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and Joint Commission/ACR standards.
• Promote and lead performance improvement activities.
• Manage patient flow and technologist hours to meet radiology service needs.
• Plan and conduct regular in-service training.
• Assess staffing needs and ensure qualified personnel.
• Prepare department operating and capital budgets with cost controls.
