The Healthcare Initiative in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Manager to lead imaging services across multiple locations. You will oversee a team of about 30 professionals, balancing leadership with hands-on clinical involvement to shape imaging services as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences.
• 4+ years of imaging experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• ARRT certification and CT registration.
• OBMI and CT licensure.
• Current BLS.

Responsibilities

• Lead imaging services across multiple locations.
• Oversee a team of approximately 30 professionals, including travelers.
• Balance department leadership with clinical involvement as a working manager.
• Support operations improvements and high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate to strengthen imaging services and efficiency.
