You will ensure accurate procedure scheduling and gather needed documentation before exams, coordinating with the imaging team, patients and provider offices to reduce delays and rescheduling.

The role emphasizes strong communication and organization, with proficiency in scheduling software and clinical applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in the medical field as a registrar, receptionist or related position required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and computer experience with scheduling software programs and STAR is preferred.
• Proficiency in Clinical Applications may be required within 30–60 days from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and medical record functions in Imaging Services.
• Ensure accurate scheduling of procedures and collect necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with imaging team, patients, and provider offices to obtain medical history to optimize patient experience.
• Support technologist workflow and participate in performance improvement efforts.
