Job summary

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years experience in the medical field as a registrar, receptionist or related position required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and computer experience with scheduling software programs and STAR is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily scheduling and medical record functions in Imaging Services.
- Ensure accurate and complete scheduling of procedures and collect required documentation before exams.
- Collaborate with imaging team, patients, and provider offices to obtain medical history to optimize patient experience.
