Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in the medical field as a registrar, receptionist or related position preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and scheduling software programs; STAR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and medical record functions in Imaging Services.
• Ensure accurate scheduling of procedures and acquisition of required documentation.
• Collaborate with imaging team, patients and provider offices to minimize delays.
• Support technologist workflow and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
