Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented front desk professional to support imaging services. You will perform check-in/check-out, schedule CT/MRI, verify insurance, and manage patient accounts in Epic. Strong communication and coding knowledge are valued.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year healthcare office experience. Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm, on-site in Austin, TX. ARC offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year healthcare office experience including scheduling and prior authorizations.
• Experience using a PC in a Windows environment.
• Preferred: ICD-10 and CPT coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs front desk duties: greeting patients, check-in/check-out, scheduling, deposits.
• Schedules CT, MRI, and other imaging appointments per orders and protocols.
• Verifies insurance and obtains authorizations in a timely manner.
• Maintains accurate scheduling and patient information in Epic and other systems.
• Communicates appointment changes to patients and staff.
