Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in medical office or imaging department.
• Good communication skills with patients, staff and external contacts.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver excellent patient care.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and determine visit purpose; direct to staff.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; check in patients.
• Answer phones and direct non-clinical inquiries to staff.
• Print lab labels and prepare imaging paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, orderly lobby throughout the day.
