Job summary

MedQuest Imaging in Durham, NC is seeking a Scheduler to be the first point of contact for referring providers and patients. You will accurately schedule and process inbound and outbound calls and faxes within 24 hours, document thoroughly, and coordinate with radiology teams to maintain schedule fluidity.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 0–2 years in healthcare, and experience in fast-paced call centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in a high volume call center or fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact between the imaging center and referring providers and patients.
• Accurately schedule and process inbound/outbound calls and faxes within 24 hours of receipt.
• Document thoroughly and coordinate with teammates to support schedule fluidity and timely processing.
• Maintain professionalism and high level customer service during scheduling.
