Join a collaborative outpatient imaging team where every patient encounter is an opportunity to make a difference. At MedQuest Imaging, a wholly owned subsidiary of Novant Health, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality imaging services in a patient-focused environment while working alongside experienced patient coordinators, schedulers, and clinical teams committed to exceptional care.
With a PRN position, you get the ultimate flexibility. Instead of a fixed schedule, you’ll receive your shifts two weeks to a month in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan around your life. This role is designed to support the team during PTO and other coverage needs, so while it won’t provide full-time hours, it does offer a great opportunity to gain experience, stay active in the field, and enjoy a dynamic workflow.
One of the key advantages of PRN is its built‑in variety. Some weeks you might work just one day, while others you could be scheduled two or three—making it perfect if you’re looking for flexibility, balance, and control over your schedule.
In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact with patients, referring physicians, and the general public on the imaging center’s behalf which includes, but is not limited to: welcoming all patients and their family members into the imaging center, making patients and all visitors feel comfortable, and anticipating and attending to the needs of our patients. This position includes checking patients in, answering the telephone, routing incoming calls to the appropriate party, scheduling patient appointments, collecting balances from patients’ financial responsibility at time of service, and other front office/desk duties as necessary.
