Job summary

Townsen Memorial Imaging - Med Center is seeking a Full-Time Scheduler to join our team. The role coordinates patient appointments and communicates clearly with new and existing patients by phone or email.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience in a medical facility, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical facility.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments and reschedule as needed.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and relevant parties regarding procedures.
• Submit pre-authorizations and assist with denials appeals when necessary.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information and insurance data.
