MedQuest Imaging, a Novant Health subsidiary, invites a PRN Administrative Professional to join the Durham Diagnostic Imaging team in Durham, NC. You will welcome patients, support scheduling, and handle front desk tasks while coordinating with clinicians and staff for smooth operations.

This role offers flexible scheduling with shifts planned 2 weeks to a month in advance, ideal for balancing life and work.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service background and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and visitors, serving as the initial point of contact.
• Check patients in, answer the phone, and route calls as needed.
• Schedule appointments and collect balances at time of service.
• Perform general front desk and administrative duties as required.
