• Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule imaging studies as assigned; inform referring office and patient of prep requirements.
• Provide clear instructions to patients regarding imaging study requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and physician offices.
• Comply with federal and state billing regulations including PHI.
• Research and configure activity in patient accounts across offices.
• Assist with customer service tasks to grow business and improve patient relations.
