Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office setting with scheduling responsibilities.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient imaging appointments across modalities using EPIC and RIS.
• Coordinate urgent and STAT imaging requests with modality leads.
• Answer and screen calls with a multi-line phone system, providing patient service.
• Review orders and histories to ensure correct exams and protocols.
• Obtain patient demographics, insurance, and diagnoses; coordinate referrals.
• Ensure previous imaging records are available in PACS for review.
• Maintain templates, schedules, and protocols and communicate updates.
• Prepare requisitions with ICD-10 codes and exam histories.
• Support QA, data management, and customer service initiatives.
