Patient Services Representative – General & Specialty Cardiology

Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday (Closed weekends/holidays)

$21.31 – $38.59 per hour

Cardiac Study Center (CSC) has proudly provided outpatient cardiology services throughout the Puget Sound region for over 50 years. In partnership with Pulse Heart Institute and MultiCare Health System, we are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality cardiac care to the communities we serve.

Our teams support a variety of cardiology specialties, including General Cardiology, Heart Failure, Vascular, Electrophysiology & Device, and Nuclear Imaging.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our General and Specialty Cardiology team in Tacoma.

In this role, you'll help create a smooth and positive experience for patients by coordinating appointments, maintaining organized provider schedules, answering patient questions, and serving as a connection between patients, providers, and other departments.
