Job summary

Cardiac Study Center in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Patient Services Representative for General and Specialty Cardiology to join our in-office team. You will coordinate patient appointments, maintain provider schedules, answer questions, and serve as a liaison between patients and care teams, ensuring a smooth patient experience while upholding privacy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments
• Maintain organized provider schedules based on clinic and provider preferences
• Assist patients with scheduling questions and general inquiries
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and other departments
• Review and manage scheduling needs to help ensure patients are seen in a timely manner
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable policies and procedures
• Provide coverage at other clinic locations as needed
• Complete other administrative duties as assigned
