Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments.
• Maintain organized provider schedules based on clinic and provider preferences.
• Assist patients with scheduling questions and general inquiries.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and other departments.
• Review and manage scheduling needs to help ensure patients are seen in a timely manner.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable policies and procedures.
• Provide coverage at other clinic locations as needed.
• Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
