Cardiac Study Center (CSC), inc., PS in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a Patient Services Representative for General & Specialty Cardiology. This full-time, in-office role supports scheduling, patient inquiries, and interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, maintaining provider calendars, and covering additional locations as needed. The ideal candidate has strong customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities in a

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments.
• Maintain organized provider schedules based on clinic and provider preferences.
• Assist patients with scheduling questions and general inquiries.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and other departments.
• Review and manage scheduling needs to help ensure patients are seen in a timely manner.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable policies and procedures.
• Provide coverage at other clinic locations as needed.
• Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
