Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate job-related experience.
• 2 years of direct outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven success using selling skills to influence and generate results.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with referring physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to promote Lumexa Imaging and American Health Imaging centers.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of outpatient radiology industry, services, and local competition.
• Develop weekly call routing plans and quarterly business plans.
• Leverage CRM and BI tools to inform targeting and resource allocation.
• Execute marketing strategy and manage monthly promotional budget and collateral.
• Partner with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and inform regional sales strategies.
• Uphold all corporate compliance policies.
