Job summary

Lumexa Imaging, Inc. is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Sales Specialist to meet and exceed territory sales goals in the Wilmington, NC area by using strategic sales tactics and building strong referrals to American Health Imaging Centers.

You will develop relationships with referring physicians, nurses, and medical assistants, learn the outpatient radiology market, and implement weekly call plans while leveraging CRM and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or sales-related certifications preferred.
• 2 years of direct outside sales experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
• Must be self-motivated and able to perform in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with referring physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to promote Lumexa imaging services.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the outpatient radiology industry, services, and local competition.
• Develop weekly call routing plans and quarterly business plans.
• Leverage the CRM system and BI tools to inform targeting and resource allocation.
• Execute the marketing strategy for Lumexa Imaging and American Health Imaging Centers.
• Manage monthly promotional budget and marketing collateral.
• Partner with operations teams at Lumexa Imaging centers to ensure customer satisfaction and inform regional sales strategies.
• Understand and uphold all corporate compliance policies.
