Job summary

MXR Imaging Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Development Representative to drive new customer acquisitions and manage existing accounts in medical imaging facilities and veterinary offices.

You will conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, and cultivate opportunities. Collaboration with Field Sales, product specialists, and onboarding teams will be essential to grow revenue and exceed targets. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales or inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical imaging or veterinary office markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate interest and initiate sales discussions with prospective and existing clients.
• Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to close opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Maintain high product knowledge to communicate value propositions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and Inside Sales KPIs.
• Use Salesforce to track customer interactions and onboarding progress.
• Identify upsell opportunities in coordination with field sales.
