Job summary

MXR Imaging Inc is seeking a mid-level account manager in Texas to engage with existing customers, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships. You will identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with service teams to renew contracts and deliver excellent customer service.

The role involves selling ultrasound equipment, parts, and probes, traveling 50-60% across the assigned territory and maintaining CRM records to track activity and results.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in account management in imaging or related industry.
• Experience selling B2B imaging solutions to healthcare facilities.
• Experience dealing with department level and C-level customer management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with all customer accounts in the assigned territory to manage and maintain the existing base.
• Identify upselling/cross selling opportunities and grow service contract renewals.
• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Sell ultrasound equipment, parts and probes as appropriate.
• Coordinate with service and manufacturer teams to advance opportunities.
