Job summary

MXR Imaging Inc. in Denver seeks a mid-level account manager to grow the medical imaging business by developing long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Qualifications

• Three to five years account management experience.
• Experience and knowledge of the imaging industry.
• Experience selling B2B imaging solutions.
• Experience working with department level & C-level customer management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with all customer accounts in the assigned territory to manage/maintain the existing customer base.
• Identify upselling/cross selling opportunities.
• Post sales support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain service contract renewals with the service management team.
• Track customer engagements using CRM and prepare weekly reports.
